Mailing Options

When doing business with Magnets by PAC, there are three different ways you can select from to mail your magnetic mailers.

Option 1 - Least Control Of Mailing

You can use us to mail the pieces for you and mark with a "requested in-house date." This gives you the LEAST amount of control of your mailing. You are dependent upon the drop-ship company and 3 post offices as to when these pieces actually arrive in-house.

Option 2 - Middle Of The Road Control Of Mailing

We can produce and ship your magnets to a local mail house in your area, where they can process and store, address and label with requesting in-house date and mail your pieces for each drop. This method gives you the benefit of not having to wait the two to five days it may take to ship them from Florida to your mailhouse location.

Option 3 - You Control The In-House Date

Magnets by PAC will produce, print, address and ship your magnets directly to you and save on the cost of multiple drop shipments. You can pick the drop dates you want to ensure your pieces are not mixed with marriage mail. This narrows your in-house date to a TWO-DAY WINDOW, which YOU CONTROL. You will need to obtain a permit from your local post office, which can be used for any type of mail.

Note: Be sure to verify that you can drop the mail and receive the saturation rate at the post office where you purchased your permit. Some post offices will allow you to mail, but do not offer the discounted automated saturation rate of 13.9 cents.
