WHAT'S NEXT
Contact your local post office and determine where you need to go to buy your permit. The postal clerk will walk you through the application process and tell you at which post office to drop your mail.
- Either pick up a hard copy or download Permit Application: http://www.usps.com/forms/_pdf/ps3615.pdf
- You need only to fill out Section A (leave blank anything you are unsure of)
- Drop off your application, pay for your permit and annual fee
- The process usually takes only 15 to 30 minutes. You will be given your permit number at this time. The clerk can answer any questions you have at this time.
- Contact Magnets by PAC at (727) 543-3960 and give us your permit number and city and state where permit is registered. We will then print this indicia on your magnets before they are shipped to you.
Note: Be sure to verify that you can drop the mail and receive the saturation rate at the post office where you purchased your permit. Some post offices will allow you to mail, but do not offer the discounted automated saturation rate of 13.9 cents.
THE USPS ALSO OFFERS FREE MAILING CLASSES AND SEMINARS
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Mailings must contain at least 200 pieces or 50 pounds to receive bulk rate
- To receive bulk rate, you must mail to 90 percent of households or 75 percent of total addresses per carrier route. Mailing entire carrier route trays helps ensure this occurs.
